Aiming to overcome the limits of motion control for high power applications, Delta has developed the Motion Control Drive System, a high power drive system dedicated to excellent motion control. Integrating a complete suite for motion control, including Delta Heavy Duty Vector Control Drive CH2000 Series, High Power Servo Motor MSJ Series, EtherCAT module and motion control card, this solution highlights Delta’s competence in system integration.

The Motion Control Drive System focuses on 15-80 kW to deliver an output torque ranging from 48N to 520N at 1500 RPM/17 bit. For applications with fixed length and distance, such as punching machines, flying saw machines, conveyors, winding machines, and injection molding machines, the system not only delivers outstanding performance in motion control, but also ensures system stability with complete integration.
